Will guppy/molly survive without air pump/filter in a 29 gallons tank?

Author: I have a aggressive fish in other tank, and only 1 filter, so is it ok to put molly or guppy in a 29 gallons tank without air pump?
Yes, guppies are small, it is ok without air pump for a while.

Not for a long time. They still need air to breath and without the water being circulated they won’t have alot of air. They can go for a short period of time without one but I would recommend getting one.

they will survive, but ive found that without an air pump my guppies would stay either at the bottom motionless, or at the top gulping air. with the air they swim around happily. if u dont mind them being boring them u dont need an air pump.
