Do you realise how much water you're talking about here? Please check your figures and confirm you mean 60,0000 Gallons Per Minute. Thats 270,000 litres per minute or 16,200M3 per hour.
Enough water for a town or small city.
The power requirements will be horrendous, probably in the 250kW range without doing calcs for head etc. and you will be operating at medium voltage, 3.3kV or 6.6kV.

OMG that is a lot of water. 30 HP 480 volt motor and pump lifts at a rate of 30 to 40 GPM at a depth of 1200 feet or so. A 100hp 2200 volt motor and pump lifts at 50 to 60 BPH at a depth of 7200'.
