What is a good submersible water pump for an aquarium?

I need to find a small water pump that can be submerged in water up to around 80 Celsius and as low as 5 Celsius (don’t worry there will be no fish in the tank) and can recirculate water. Ideally it will not be very tall (5cm) or wide (5cm) with length being less than 20cm and will simply pump from one end of the tank to the other via tubes. All the aquarium ones I found seem to have a filter system and are too tall for my purpose.

You should check out a plant grow – hydroponics store. Look them up locally. It will be cheaper than fish equipment too.

I bought 2 powerheads yesterday (used) that measure 4" x3"x2" they are Hagen brand/ reversible flow model 50 or 70 ( lables are gone) but they work,, and must be pumping 150-200 gallons per hour $5 each,, Fosters & Smith catalog prices these units at $40- $55
