Your units don’t make sense (that might be the advertiser’s fault, not yours, of course).

Kilowatts are already a unit of power. To drive a 2.16 kW pump you need a 2.16kW motor (or a bit bigger, like 2.5 or 3 kW).

If they are trying to tell you the cost of running the pump on mains electricity, the units should by kilowatt-hours per month. But that’s meaningless number unless you know how many hours a month you are actually going to run the pump

2.16 kW-h a month is only 3 watts, if the pump was running 24 hours a day for 30 days, but 3 watts is far too small to power an outdoor fountain.

It’s best to start at the end and work backwards. First decide what size fountain you want (how high, how many jets, etc), then go to a water-features supplier and find out what size pump you need to drive it.
