solar powered fountain for waterfall?

I am looking at one of these on ebay

would it do good for a very small pond? my bottom pond is an 18 gallon tub, and I want to pump water 3 feet away and a foot off the ground to my top pond with is only say… a gallon would it have enough power to keep a constant flow going?

The ad gives no gallons per hour the pump will generate, so there is no way to tell how much head it has. I would be wary of the pump, I think. Oase makes a great solar pump that would work for you.

garden pond question! please help!!?
