we have a well, we had sub, pump pulled and re connected, we now have a problem with water pressure. help?

if there is water in the well, the next logical soulution is a bad pump or a clogged pump of line
My 1989 Honda accord lxi keeps on blowing the high pressure hose after the pump.Whats the problem?
