The newest Wolfhart Pump, an advanced high pressure pump

The newest Wolfhart Pump as high pressure water pump, invented and developed by Physicist Wolfhart Willimczik, US Patent No 6 152 014, Rotary Piston Machines.
(the dissipation of the water in the air shows it is indeed high pressure.)
Features of this most advanced pump principle: no more bearings in the piston actuating mechanism what makes this principle total oil-free at any pressure and any volume, only rotating parts, one-stroke working process, only pulling pistons, adjustable volume, water jacking etc. In short it is the simplest but most powerful pump principle ever created.

is there a check valve that stops oil from draining out of the high pressure pump on a powerstroke 7.3?

    I would consider …
I would consider bushes also as bearings.
There are indeed no kind of bearings between pistons and a shaft. A simple modified screw replaces piston and piston rod. Therefore, the power train dont need any lubrication any more and the pressure can be high, because there are practically no piston forces any more to deal with.

hi, im a mechanical engineers using my sons youtube account, im wondering, instead of bearings do you use precision made bushes?

    Piston pumps are …
Piston pumps are much louder. The adjusted level of the sound track from this video is too high. With low speed it get more silent, but in this video I wanted emphasize that my pump is able to run with high speed (for instance with 4000rpm) in this size what no other pump is able to do at 1000 PSI. The loudness can be judged only with 2 different pumps in the same video simultaneously as I made it for the same principle as compressors.
    Watch my sound test.

Hi… Anyone tested it with hydraulic oil as fluid in hi pressure less flow application like industrial hydraulic automation? Can it substitute gear and vane types hydraulic pumps? I think with the less weight it would be nice for hydraulic in small robots…

I have other videos where you can see it, for instance „The latest Wolfhart Principle”
In my Website it is detailed explained. It is simply the best pump principle.

    Hallo,
    Gruss, Stefan.
