You better get help. Or else you may have serious health problems and die too soon. Try walking and relaxation exercises. Also get some counseling and eat healthier.

Do less. Cut out things that are not important.

Make time for yourself to just chill.

Maybe you need to change job or move house to get away from things that stress you?

I find running laps (or even taking a striding walk) helps to blow off those stress feelings

stress is a common thing these days.

try taking a moment everyday to relax, even if its for 5-10 minutes.
do something that is peaceful for you, take a walk, read a little bit of a favorite book, watch a favorite comedy (not drama, that increases stress levels for me at least), listen to peaceful music, bake something, resist urges to clean or do anything work related, take time to not answer the phone or do anything but take care of yourself, i also try journaling my thoughts and feelings- i find that seeing them on paper helps me to rid them from my mind-or at least help me to stress about them less, spend time with friends doing something fun and relaxing, maybe go swimming.

i also personally eat foods high in anti-oxidants.

i also get a monthly massage from a massage therapist.

talk to your Dr. he/she can tell you the best ways to help you eliminate or reduce your stress.

    hope this helps.

I know what you mean…been there and still live there a lot of days.
You can see your doctor and he/she can put you on stress pills…Xanax…they help relax you and ease your stress, but the drawback is they are very addictive.
God…prayer…Jesus said My peace I leave with you and His peace is perfect peace!!
Yes, it is the silent killer. If you are ill…stress will keep you from healing as fast or healing totally at all.
Wish there were more options. Hope some of this helps. Try prayer…God is good!

    be cool…

Stress – it is the confusion created when the mind overrides the body’s desire to choke the living s**t out of some as****e who deperately needs it!!!

I used to feel that way. And it was hard to get out of it.

I went to a therapist for a while and that was great but the biggest change for me didn’t come until I did a very simple change in my life.
I started to go to bed before 10 PM. And I really made sure that I turn my light off by 10. Then I finally got enough energy to make the changes I needed in my life:
    - prioritize better
    - eat better food
    - exercise

For me the stress drained all my energy so I was incapable of doing even minor changes to my life. More sleep and during the "right" time of the day was the turning point.
