My 1989 Honda accord lxi keeps on blowing the high pressure hose after the pump.Whats the problem?

Author: It steers excellent. Ive went through three hoses. It keeps on leaking two feet past the pump(high pressure line)
Do I need to adjust the power steering rack guide screw or is it the relief valve in the pump that needs fixed.
The car sounds and steers great but when i turn the wheel fluid shots out
The hose isent hitting anything
Stuck power regulator in pump not releasing over pressure, replace the pump.
