Pressure in air pumps? ?
A bicycle pump has a piston with area .44 inches squared. If a person exerts a force of 30 lbs on the piston while inflating the tire, what pressure does this produce on the air in the pump?
30/.44 = 68.1818 psi
Symptoms Of Coronary Heart Disease
All of our muscles need a continuous supply of oxygen carried by the blood and the heart is no exception. However, due to diet, age, and other factors such as high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure and smoking, our coronary arteries may become smaller or clogged. When the blood flow to the heart is restricted, it results in coronary heart disease, sometimes known as CHD. Angina occurs when not enough blood carrying oxygen can get through to the heart. This often causes a pain in the left arm or chest. When the blood flow is cut off completely, a heart attack occurs. Any part of the heart that is not receiving the oxygen it needs begins to die and permanent damage to the muscle can be done.
What are the symptoms of coronary heart disease?
Some people may not experience any symptoms. Others may feel short of breath or experience a mild discomfort in their chest area. Still others suffering from coronary heart disease experience a constant chest pain that may hinder their everyday activities.
Those that suffer from angina say they feel a pressure or heaviness on their chest. This can sometimes include a burning sensation or they may say it feels like their chest is being squeezed. Other symptoms associated with coronary heart disease include dizziness, queasiness, shortness of breath, and can include heart palpitations. Pain may spread to their neck, jaw, or arms.
If you suffer from angina, the doctor will try to diagnose what type you have - stable or unstable. Just like the names, stable angina tends to occur at certain times such as after you exert yourself, after a large meal, or when you get upset. The pain lasts between one and five minutes and usually resting helps alleviate the symptoms. If you have no pattern as to when you experience the pain, it is known as unstable angina. This is the more severe type of the two.
Once the doctor establishes that you do have coronary heart disease, he may ask you to take some tests to see to what damage has been done. One test he may order is the electrocardiogram (ECG). This will show him the electrical activity of the heart. A stress test is normally done on a treadmill. This forces the heart to work harder, a time when problems often show up. Your blood pressure and heart rate will also be monitored while taking the stress test. A nuclear scanning involves the doctor inserting a small amount of radioactive material into your vein. He can then see damage done by using a scanning camera. Finally, a coronary angiography is a test where a catheter is inserted into an artery (usually in your arm or leg) and it films the heart while it pumps. The picture it takes is known as an angiogram.
What is the treatment for coronary heart disease?
That depends on the severity. If it is less severe, the doctor will probably suggest lifestyle changes. Many people do not care for this treatment because it involves giving up things they love. You will need to change your diet so it is lower in fat and cholesterol. You will also need to start on an exercise regiment as well. Even a small amount of exercise can lower your risks of a heart attack. Smokers can drastically reduce their chances of a heart attack when they quit smoking. Even if you have already suffered from one heart attack, stopping smoking can prevent another.
Those with more severe cases of coronary heart disease may need to undergo surgery. Coronary angioplasty is one type of surgery for coronary heart disease. Often referred to as balloon angioplasty, this involves a catheter going through the artery that is blocked. The balloon on the end is inflated to help open up the artery. If the artery cannot be opened, you will need a coronary artery bypass operation. In this, the surgeon removes a blood vessel from another part of the body and graphs it onto the blocked artery. The blood is then able to go around the blockage by way of this new vessel. Even after having these surgeries, you will be asked to change your lifestyle.
If you experience any type of chest pain, it is imperative that you visit your doctor to get a checkup. Chances may be it is nothing life threatening, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Does a mechanical fuel pump vary pressure with rpm?
I have a mint condition Chevette and I’m trying to get this new Weber 32/36 to work. Does its mechanical fuel pump build less pressure at idle than say 5,000rpm?
Thanks for knowledgable replies!
A mechanical diaphragm type fuel pump should give the same pressure at any rpm.
When fuel pressure builds, it holds the diaphragm of the pump down. So at any rpm, if the carburetor doesn’t need fuel, the back pressure hold the diaphragm down and the linkage just operates without pushing any fuel.
If the stock pump isn’t giving you enough pressure or flow, I’d suggest going with an electric fuel pump.
If I connect 2 pressure washer pumps to a motor, will I get double the output????? help?
ok here is the situation, I have two 3000PSI pressure washer pumps, and a gas engine, If I took both and connected them to the motor, supplied enough water flow and used a coupler to join the output on both, will I get 6000psi of water pressure or will I end up creating back pressure and possibly damaging the pums, or will I get killed in the process.
I hope someone with an engeniering degree reads this, maybe I can get a valid answer. oh and forgive me for my spelling disaster here….he he he
If you have enough power in your gas engine to run both pumps, you may get almost twice the volume output of one pump at 3000PSI. For your next question, try the ‘Check Spelling’ feature located above the box.
Natural Breast Enhancement: Safe Methods for Larger Breasts
Have you ever thought about bigger breasts but are afraid of surgery and breast implants? Now there are safer methods for natural breast enhancement such as creams, pills, and pumps. How do these breast enhancers work? Today we will review the top options for natural breast enhancement.
Breast Enhancement Creams
The principle behind breast enhancement creams is that they mimic estrogen in the body to promote additional breast tissue. The creams contain plant based ingredients which are similar to estrogen and when applied to breasts stimulate estrogen receptors in mammary glands to produce more breast tissue.
Breast enhancement creams can also help to firm and lift breasts. Familiar skin care ingredients such as aloe vera, almond oil and safflower oil are usually found in breast enlargement creams to smooth and tighten skin. However, breast enhancement creams are not meant to be used alone but with breast enhancement pills. By themselves, they do not deliver optimum results as a combination of pills and cream would.
Breast Enhancement Pills
Breast enhancement pills work similarly to breast enhancement creams in that they mimic estrogen in the body. The pills however are able to provide larger amounts of these estrogen-like compounds into the body and so provide better results. When the body receives these estrogen receptors it prompts mammary glands to create new breast tissue.
The great thing about the pills is that the ingredients are natural and plant based. Since there are not real estrogen hormones, your body will not have the side effects or imbalances that hormone replacements methods offer. Breast enhancement pills seem promising and studies have proven that there are over 70% effective.
Breast Pumps
Breast pumps are just that: a “pump.” The way breast pumps work is simple. You apply the pump to breast and the pump encourages tissue expansion with its vacuum pressure. Over time, this leads to a slight but permanent increase in breast size. The draw backs of the pump is that it must be worn at least 12 hours a day, such as Brava, and offers only 1/4 to 1/2 cup increase in size.
Overall, the most promising of all natural breast enhancement methods are breast enlargement pills and creams. Studies have shown breast pills provide permanent breast size increase and the largest overall gains (as much as a 1.7 cup size increase). With all the dangers of breast implants, natural breast enhancement methods may be the best option today. If breast enlargement pills were more widely accepted and mainstream, it is very possible that many women would not feel the need to undergo costly, complex and dangerous breast implant surgery.

Breast Enhancement Pump, How Does It Works?
Some women want to avoid the health risks brought about by consuming pills or using topical methods on their breast. As pumps work on a general idea of tissue expansion, it lowers health risk that the woman wants to avoid.
Below are some frequently asked questions about breast enlargement pumps:
How does the pump works?
The pump works by increasing and reshaping your own breast tissue through a process known as tissue expansion, which has been used by physicians for over 30 years in various reconstructive procedures. It applies gentle, sustained tension on your breasts, which causes cells to replicate and produce new breast tissue.
How safe is it?
It has been found to be both safe and effective in enlarging breast tissue. In fact in clinical studies, skin reactions to the product were the only adverse effects reported.
What kind of results can I expect to see with a breast enlargement pump?
Each individual has their own increase potential, but 1-2 cup sizes can be achieved.
Does the treatment hurt?
There was a similar, but greatly inferior, device that was sold in the 1970’s. This device was a foot operated pump that came with no instructions. Women were apparently over-pumping and creating too much suction trying to increase their breast size overnight. Look for pump that comes with complete instructions detailing exactly how much pressure to use, how often, etc.
Also, some pump’s mechanism is designed to allow only so much suction to be created. So the answer is “NO”. If used as directed there is absolutely no discomfort and no chance for injury.
How often do I have to do the treatments to get the best results?
Usually, 15-minute sessions on each breast twice a day is recommended by most product manufacturers. Of course the system is designed such that the more times you use it the better your results will be.
Are there any permanent side effects?
There are no known adverse side affects.
Are there any temporary side effects?
There may be a slight to heavy skin discoloration that is similar to a hickey. This is common in the beginning with most users but for most users this goes away within 30 days of use. (If you want to see an example of how this will look you can suck on your arm for 5 minutes and look at the skin discoloration, notice how long it will take for it to clear up.)
Does Breast Pump work on males and females?
It should works on any breasts. As the pump stretches the breast tissue over and over again (soft tissue expansion), it is a lot like working out your muscles repeatedly.
Can I pump my breast until it goes to the end of the chamber?
You can pump as far as you feel comfortable.
If I quit using the pump at the point where the size is what I like, do the effects diminish afterwards, or are they there for good?
For all intended purposes the long-term results are usually permanent.
Does using the pumps actually keep the breast firm?
The process helps to maintain fullness, but it cannot make up for your individual biological make up or Mother Nature’s gravity effect. Remember larger breasts are heavier and project (perky) less than tiny breasts. But you will be much firmer using the pump than without.
I would like to know if this product works on women who already have implants?
It is usually not advisable.

Fuel pump pressure at start up?
I recently replaced my fuel pump on my 96 camaro. Now I have to click the key about 3 times to build pressure before it starts. after it starts it runs fine. It just seems like the pressure isn’t there at first or second crank. Any ideas? I checked the pressure it was at 30psi. It does make a humming sound when the fuel is low.
<——-look.
Have you replaced the fuel filter yet?
