We have one well pump…?

Hi to Tech. guys. We have one well pump installed newly to pump out
sea water near shore. it’s real capacity is 100 Cu. M / Hour and 80 M head. Right now we put the pump in 12 inch casing, in depth of 36 M.
I am getting 112 Cu. M per hour. The problem is , This well is not enough to give this much water continously. I want to regulate by closing the discharge valve but the Current of motor is increasing.
i need only 100 Cu. M. When I reduce flow, why this current is increasing? I could not understand it. This pump is originally 30 Kw or we say 40 Hp pump. Initially the current is around 56 A with 415 Volt , 3 ph but after closing the valve to 15%(85% valve open) the current is 60 A. Please any one can explain it? V. Kannan

Why are you pumping breast milk out to the sea water?
